Interview with Brandon Pelok from PK Cards

With the large amount of new CCG’s released every year at Gen Con, I have found it hard to find info about these games and their creators. In my home town one of these new companies exists, PK Cards created In Mentor, Ohio. I have the pleasure of speaking with Brandon Pelok about once a week. On this visit I decided to put him in the hot seat.

Legendary Blades

This pdf is 42 pages long, 1 page front cover/editorial/ToC, 4 pages SRD and 1 page of thanks for the feedback. That leaves 36 pages of content for $3.00! That is an awesome bang-for-buck-ratio. Now let’s take a look at whether the content suffers from the low price.

This pdf is 24 pages long, 1 page front cover, 1 page editorial/ToC, 1 page SRD and one page advertisement. That leaves 20 pages of content.

Skill Encounters – Non-combat challenges

You know, I was rather disappointed when I bought and played 4th edition. I don’t say it’s a bad system because it simply isn’t – it works awesome for the thousands of people who enjoy it, it’s just not made for me. Castle Ravenloft. A different review.

This game has straight A’s as far as the miniatures go. Any game that provides the same miniatures that the stand alone Dungeon & Dragons Miniatures Game provides can never be questioned. This game does just that, it provides the buyer with 41 unpainted minis that are identical to the D&D Minis line. The miniatures are a gem to paint for any of you painters out there, and the fine detail sculpted into each character or creature is excellent.
