I always wanted to be a doctor when I was growing up. The stains of blood on the scrubs as the doctors leave theatre with a razor sharp scalpel in their hands; the screams of people longing for healing and help; the pulling of rotting teeth from bleeding gums; setting bones and dislocated joints…
So yeah… thank goodness I never got near a med-school.
Anyway, with Dr Hrubec, that’s exactly what you can get to do. In this party game you’re part of a team of doctors in a rather crazy hospital. And sometimes things don’t go according to plan…
This game was presented to me at Spiel and it comes from the company that released Infarkt in 2011, so I was immediately curious.
Now, being a rather niche sort of game in terms of theme, you would be forgiven for being cautious about spending money on it. So worry not, we’re going to take a look at the components to find out if the contents of this box are worth the amount of money you have to spend to get your hands on it.
