Pathfinder Tales: Winter Witch

I am a very strong believer that supporting a solid RPG setting with a solid novel or short story is always a good idea. Being a big fan of Paizo and Pathfinder, when I saw Winter Witch in the shelf of the bookstore where I was browsing, I instinctively put it in my shopping basket (yes, I have to use a shopping basket when I go to a book store… I’m that sort of guy).

The Path of Kane: A Review

The Path of Kane by Pinnacle Entertainment Group is part of the Savage World campaign setting which is based on the work of Robert Howard. This particular product is 225 pages of adventure goodness. The aesthetics of the work are beautiful. The typesetting and graphic design are bold and endearing. The artwork is brilliantly selected – it is raw and untamed which reflects the setting.

Bard’s Tales II

The aim of the Bard’s Tales-series is to provide your Bards with in-game fluff to tell and thus, no game mechanics are given, but rather we are presented with stories, chants and limericks. I gave the first Bard’s Tales a severe beating, so let’s take a look how the sequel holds up, shall we?
