Well, imagine what would happen if James Bond was investigating cultists of the Elder Gods instead of terrorists, but he was working for the civil service. Well, yes, I know that technically he does work for the civil service already, smarty-pants. The civil service with its bureaucratic elements hugely magnified then. Honestly.
The world as we know it has come to an end. The feared rise of the Old Ones has come to pass. Niarlathotep, Shub-Nigurath, Cthulhu… they are real and they’re here. It is to late now. Thankfully not all is lost. Professor Armitage, risking limb and sanity has managed to acquire a time travel spell.

La Piel de Toro, called like that as some people think the extended skin of a bull has the shape of the Iberian Peninsula, is a description of Spain in the 1920’s for the Call of Cthulhu. As you can imagine written in Spanish, so if you don’t know the lingo, this will be of no use to you.
Enter a world rich and strange – even the cover art suggests this even before you read a word! But it’s stranger – and scarier – that you might imagine. The opening piece of fiction sets the scene: a heady mix of warfare, implacable enemies, fighting machines… and yet at the core human beings, maybe a bit different but still real people who care, who love, who hate… and have nightmares afterwards.
This is an introductory adventure that can be used to introduce a few new characters to the Cthulhu setting. It was written a long time ago, so it might need some changes to be adapted to newer systems.

Although this seminar was one of the last ones to take place in the day, I will start with it as it was full of, in the words of Kenneth Hite a “gratifyingly uncomfortable looking crowd”. That’s because the room was packed with fans, eager to hear what the company with one of the most engaging and close-to-perfect range of product had to say
Dragonmeet has three types of activities going on. Lots and lots of games (both established and beta gaming), the trade floor where a few varied companies sell their wares, and last but not least the seminars, where leading people in the industry spend an hour each showing you what a nice bunch they are (no…. seriously… they’re amazing).
