As your objective is to have the most influence possible in the contained areas, you will separate and compete for the property. Are you able to juggle multiple interests and create enticing proposals with that objective in mind?
Set up fences to segment the area into certain sizes for bonuses and then put up a bid for the right to inhabit the space.
