Letter from Innsmouth–We are here

She has told me I should write a letter to myself. But there is no “myself” anymore. It’s “us” now. It’s been us for a long time and we don’t want to hide it anymore. We understand each other better than anyone else. We know us. The real us, not the me that I’ve put up for the world to like me. So we’ll write to you instead because writing to myself is stupid. We already know about me. About us!

The G*M*S Magazine Podcast Episode 107–Incredibrawl Kickstarter project

There are quite a few fighting games out there and I think it’s fair to say that few come close to Yomi and BattleCon. And yet that doesn’t deter some people from trying to bring out more experiences that will match, and hopefully surpass the mighty duo.

This is what V3G is trying to do with Incredibrawl and for that they’ve gone to Kickstarter to entice and attract the much needed players and funds that a game needs to hit the tables.

DuCo, a first play review

The perpetual casual gamer in me loves filler games. More often than not, though, I get disappointed because, more often than not, filler games are not very satisfying. They’re not that good, or that deep or, simply put, that fun.

Duco was offered to me by the creator and they advertise the game as “easy to learn, difficult to master”. When I received the game and saw that, I let a loud *sigh* leave my lips. The number of times I’ve heard/read that escapes me.
