Video Unboxing – Cubist

Roleplaying and board games reviews, podcasts, videos and interviews

pic2099804_t[1]Cubist is a very strange proposition for a game. But then, this is a game co-designed by Alf Seegert, a designer who is known for creating strange games with strange themes that, invariably, work very well indeed, and Steven Poelzing.

The Road to Canterbury and Fantastiqa are games that should be in any gamer’s collection.

After a Kickstarter campaign a few months ago, Cubist is not ready to be bought. In this game one has to create an art museum using your dice as building material. And you can enlist some artists to help out!

Exactly. That is very original.

The production values of previous games released by Eagle and Griffin has been pretty excellent and this one shouldn’t be any less. But, just in case, I take a look inside the box to find out if the money you have to pay to get your hands on this game is actually worth it.
