The GMS Magazine Podcast: Poor pay in the RPG Industry

Pay in the RPG industry is notoriously low. Someone said once that to make a small fortune in the world of RPGs one has to start by spending a big fortune.

But does that justify low pay in this industry?

Recently (at the time of recording this podcast) there was a controversy about a company offering a job for considerably less than the minimum wage needed to make a living in the USA.

Is there way to justify that?
