The G*M*S Magazine Podcast Episode 64–More Spiel with Dr Mike Reddy

With so many interviews from Spiel and so many episodes to come, including the ones for the RPG section of the podcast, it felt only right to record one episode with Dr Reddy to ask and answer questions about Spiel and the state of games at the show.

The G*M*S Magazine Podcast Episode 63–Spiel report and Chronicles of Skin

I couldn’t help myself! Should have waited for Dr Reddy to be around, but I had to give you my report on Spiel 2012.

The show was quite amazing this year. Children were on holidays so, unlike other years, they were able to attend the show before Saturday. This made the first two days a lot busier than they’d normally be. Usually they are a lot quieter and Saturday goes mental with number of people.

The G*M*S Magazine Podcast Episode 62 – Are RPGs art and Cubicle 7 Interview

You might have seen my video in which I wonder if Role Playing Games are art and give a few examples. Well, Rob and Jenn join me in this podcast to chat about it and discuss whether our hobby can be considered a work of art.

The G*M*S Magazine Podcast Episode 61–Forsooth!

The podcast breaks the 60 mark and enters in its 61st episode, which is something I wasn’t expecting. I usually get tired of things a lot sooner, so I guess you listeners are doing something right to get me going. So thank you for that!

The G*M*S Magazine Podcast Episode 60 – Ace of Aces with Alfred Leonardi

Though the dear Doctor Reddy and I are a bit crazy, there is a lot of method and wisdom in our madness and we do talk games like true pros. Dr Reddy has organised a convention based on dyslexia and games, which is a very dear subject for me since I am dyslexic. Me, on the other hand, have received a few games, some of them not released yet (thank you publishers!) and you’ll probably want to hear about them because they are pretty stunning.

And there is the traditional interview and this time we have a true legend. Alfred Leonardi, the truly terrific mind behind Ace of Aces, a diceless aerial combat game from the early 80s that became very successful in Kickstarter recently.
