Included are all the rules found in our Quickstart Issue 0, plus extensive rules for creating your own heroes of any power-level, equipment and vehicles, sample non-player characters (both mundane and heroic), a ton of advice for players and gamemasters, and a new sample adventure that’s possibly even sillier than the one in Quickstart Issue 0.
